Born in 1985 November 15th. Tokyo.
Have started working at "Restaurant Hiromichi" in Ebisu then went to France at the age of 25. Have worked at three star restaurant" Les Pres d'Eugenie" by Michel Guerard and "Les Crayeres" at the Champange region. After coming back and after working at three star restaurant "Quintessence" he has opened "Longueil" in February 2016.

What was most tough for you during your time in France?
At first I couldn't speak French at all so I studies very hard on my own. At Michel Guerard's restaurant when I was working at the appetizer division as a chef, it was pretty tough since I had to give directions and pull the team together in French.
Why did you decide to make the Champagne the main drink?
When I used to work at a restaurant in the Champagne region called "Les Crayeres" I came across so many types of Champagne and I was awoken by the deliciousness and the wide range of the taste. I decided I want my costumers to taste many varieties of Champagne and that is why I constantly keep 3 to 4 types of Champagne even if you order by glass.
How do you want the restaurant to grow?
I personally love restaurants filled with laughter so I want this place to be somewhere where people can eat and talk relaxed, and enjoy drinking Champagne. You can have a private party from more than 8 people so in that case you can bring your children along.
